There are several different box types available for your choices. Based on your market and product design, you can choose the suitable box for the cards. Gift box, book shape box and drawer will be higher cost, and they are both rigid, durable and high-end looking. The folded box will be a cheaper box type, which is friendly for new business that requires lower budget. The special finishes are normally applied on the surface of boxes and cards. For the glossy and matte lamination on the surface, they usually protect the cover from abrasion or liquid to make the cards more durable. For gold foil, silver foil, UV varnish, debossing and embossing, they could make part of your design stand out and catch the attention of readers in the first time, which are used more for titles.
This is the last step before card decks in the hands of customers. We know that the packing and shipping will decide whether all the card decks could arrive intact. 5 layers extra strong cartons will be used and also there will be waterproof bag available inside the carton. 2 cartons + corner protector will provide super strong protection. For the outside packing, we will use wood pallet with caps to protect the inner cartons. Together with the plastic wrap outside the pallet, your card decks will arrive at your warehouse 100% safe.
